Forsa Data Protection
What happens to my answers and personal data?
Forsa is interested in the results of all respondents as a whole. All data collected will be evaluated in such a way that no conclusions about individual respondents or institutions are possible.
The protection of personal data has always been the ethos of social research and was already strictly observed even at a time when there were still no legal regulations on data protection or data protection authorities.
Therefore it goes without saying that forsa diligently observes all provisions of legal data protection in Germany. All employees of forsa are obliged to maintain data secrecy pursuant to § 5 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), as amended on 29.7.2009. All employees of forsa are therefore prohibited from collecting, processing or using proprietary personal data for any other purpose than the fulfilment of the respective legitimate task. The obligation to maintain data confidentiality remains valid even after the employee has left the company.
